to purchaser. Registration papers will be given when this cat is paid for. Purchaser is responsible for
the cost of transportation.
As Show/Breeding Cat
This cat is sold and purchased as a show and breeder cat and purchaser agrees to show this cat to
become a Grand Champion and beyond, if possible.
This cat may be bred only with purchaser’s own male/female unless give written permission
otherwise.
As Pet/Neuter
This cat is sold and purchased as a pet neuter and purchaser agrees not to let the cat outside except on
a leash or in an enclosed & covered run. Purchaser agrees to provide plenty of TLC and keep this cat
clean and healthy and provide quality food.
Purchaser agrees not to re-sell , give, place this cat in advertisement/internet or pet shop without any
approval from us. All kitten are micro chipped and if buyer are found breaching this agreement,
seller/breeder have the right to confiscate the cat and owner will be sued in the court of law.
If the buyer are unfit to maintain the cat, the cat must be return to the breeder without any
compensation and will be re home to suitable new owner.
Seller agrees that the cat will be in good health & test Felv/FIV negative. Our health guarantee period
extends for seven (7) days after the purchaser takes possession of the cat. If within the guarantee
period the cat believed to be sick by a licensed veterinarian, you agree to return the cat to us & we
will at our option return the cat to you in well condition or purchaser can bring the cat to our vet
Heshmael Clinic For Pets , Kota Damansara within this period for free treatment.
Any return of a cat must be preceded by a detailed statement by the examining veterinarian & shall
specify the nature of the ailment, suggested treatment & cost and where the veterinarian feels the
problem originated. Seller would not recognize any medical check-up or medical report from Animal
Medical Centre Group Of Hospitals or any of their branches due to their inaccurate health and
examination report. Breeder reserves the right to seek the opinion of another veterinarian of his
choice. Breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary bills incurred for this cat. In the case of
illness the breeder must be notified immediately by phone or this guarantee is null & void.
